- The ASRS is an 18-item self-report questionnaire designed to assess Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) symptoms in adults 18 years of age and over.
- It's in 2 parts – Part A (6 questions) is considered most useful for screening, Part B (12 questions) focuses more on specific symptoms.
- 4 or more responses at specific severity levels in Part A are needed to be consistent with an ADHD diagnosis.
