Reviewer: Simon Keepa, Physiotherapist
Date of review: August 2024
Platform: Apple

Comments: The free version of this app is not much more than a tool to remind you to complete your pelvic floor exercises, with the added feature of keeping track of your daily adherence to the exercises. The paid version is much more comprehensive and appears to have more useful details.
Safety concerns: None.
New Zealand relevance: Relevant to Aotearoa New Zealand users.
