Comments: This web-based support tool appears to be a helpful online course focused on managing depression, anxiety and worry. The modules follow a logical progression through a structured course of understanding thoughts, feelings and behaviours. It provides some practical strategies and people can progress at their own pace either self-directed or with some online support. The modules support people to learn, practice and build their understanding, skills and change behaviours.
