How to get the app

The Neck Exercises app is a comprehensive app designed to promote neck health and decrease neck discomfort through targeted exercises. The app has a user-friendly interface and clear instructions, and offers a variety of neck exercises catering to different needs. Whether it's tension relief, flexibility improvement, or strengthening, this app has exercise programmes to address a user’s issues. The app provides detailed explanations of each exercise along with video demonstrations, ensuring proper form and effectiveness.

  • Users can track their workouts once they've completed a plan/session. Sessions are structured with sets and reps factored into the programme, and the sessions follow a timed recording.
  • Session information also shows the user how long the full programme will take, and provides an overview of what exercises are included.
  • The app also allows users to customize their workout routines based on their preferences and time constraints, although this feature is only available on the paid version.
  • Workout/programme challenges is a paid feature, but it does allow tracking of workouts, therefore increasing user engagement and adherence. The challenges section also records and tracks progress across the month.

The Neck Exercises app is a valuable tool for anyone seeking to improve neck mobility and reduce discomfort, offering convenient solutions through tailored programmes. It's beneficial to anyone experiencing low level neck pain, that might be attributed to overuse, increased neck tension, or some simple neck sprains. Version: 22.0.2
Comments: A good app for low level neck pain, particularly if the cause of pain comes from tension. Programmes and sessions are basic on the free version, but become more comprehensive and detailed on the paid version. Videos allow for accurate performance of exercises.
Safety concerns: This app is safe to use providing the user is aware of no underlying condition at their neck. This app is safe for someone with low level pain/tension, but if pain continues to persist, then seeking medical opinions about your neck injury would be advisable.
New Zealand relevance: Yes
Concerns: None.
