What does the app do?
Kids Meals provides food ideas and activities for parents and caregivers to use with kids. The app also provides tips on creating peaceful mealtimes and nutrition information to support parents and caregivers. Users have access to 20 free recipes and information on ways to introduce a wide range of foods to children, including the use of food sensory and food acceptance techniques. The premium version of the app provides access to 450 recipes developed by dietitians, meal plans, lunchbox ideas, nutrition and behaviour guides and ingredient and filtered search functionality.
