Comments: A nice app that is easy to use and to follow with many strategies to empower people to make improvements to their health. It contains lots of useful information for managing pelvic pain and associated symptoms.
I’d give it 5 if it was free. Other than the cost – which the app designers point out is less than a cup of coffee per week – it’s great.
I like the non-medical suggestions and strategies that people can do on their own.
Safety concerns: None.
New Zealand relevance: Yes.
