How to get the app

This app provides you with hints, tips and easy-to-achieve activities to help you feel good. You are asked to choose a goal, eg, a goal to move, groove and be more active. Based on your choice, the app sends you a mini-mission for the day, such as setting aside 10 minutes to have a good boogie.

As a reward for each mini-mission completed, you get to add a layer to a heart, with the aim of filling the heart. The app gives you the benefits of some activities, eg, setting aside 10 minutes to have a good boogie gives the benefit as "dancing improves our strength, coordination, heart and lung function".

PROS CONS

Clear, easily understood language and straightforward to navigate.

Based on research that identified 5 ways to wellbeing: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning and give.

Has a reward system that encourages users to complete goals.

Uses a simple approach to helping people feel better. This may be too simplistic for people needing more detailed suggestions.

Users can only select one goal at a time.
