Asian Family Services(external link) Asian Helpline on 0800 862 342, text 832 or email [email protected]. The only provider for Asian people who are affected by gambling harm/mental health issue in New Zealand.

Phone (03) 684 4523, freephone 0800 732 000 or email [email protected]. Enhancing the well-being of family and whānau who are supporting someone with mental illness and/or addiction. Service covers the Aoraki region, including Timaru, Waimate, Twizel, Fairlie, Geraldine, Pleasant Point and Temuka.

Freephone 0800 654 655 or text 8006 for free counselling. A 24 hour, freephone helpline for those worried about gambling or the gambling of others. You can call us to receive immediate support, to be referred to another gambling support organisation, or for information services for problem gambling. Gambling Helpline is the helpline associated with the Government's Safer Gambling Aotearoa campaign to end harmful gambling.

Provides a wide range of support services for people with mental health conditions, disabilities, alcohol and addiction struggles, and youth support. MASH operates throughout the lower North Island in Wellington, Kapiti, Horowhenua, Manawatū, Whanganui, and Hawkes Bay.
