Illnesses include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, suicidal thoughts, PTSD, addictive behaviours and psychosis.

MHAPS is a free and confidential service for anyone experiencing mental distress and/or an addiction. MHAPS services and support are provided within a framework of values that have been developed by our board, staff and clients.
