The Manage My Pain app is designed to help individuals track and manage their chronic pain for a range of conditions including fibromyalgia, headaches, neural pain, back pain, and other conditions. It allows users to record details about their pain episodes, including location, intensity, duration, and factors that have, or might have, influenced their pain levels.
Users can log symptoms, treatments, medications, and mood changes, as well as the perceived effect these may have had on their conditions. The app generates detailed reports and visual insights, which can be shared with healthcare providers to improve communication and treatment plans. The app allows customizable reminders and a user-friendly interface, to empower users to better understand their pain patterns and enhance their overall pain management.
