Chronic Insights app
Chronic Insights app
- An app for people with long-term pain conditions such as fibromyalgia, arthritis, neurological pain, and headaches, to log pain episodes, management techniques, and results.
The Chronic Insights App is a tool designed to help you track symptoms and manage chronic pain, chronic conditions, and other illnesses, such as rheumatoid arthritis, fibromyalgia, and other long-term conditions.
You can log symptoms, pain levels, factors that may have influenced your condition, and medication, creating a visual record of your health over time.
The app allows for customisable tracking, which helps you and your medical/healthcare team identify trends, triggers, and the effectiveness of treatments.
- The diary feature is detailed and includes logging of factors, stimuli and other treatment/management strategies that have been used, and how these influence your pain.
- The tracking of this data is displayed on several graphs within the app, making it very easy to see and interpret your pain inputs over time.
The app is intended to give you greater control and insight into your condition, helping with better-informed discussions with healthcare providers and more personalised care planning and management strategies. The paid version of the app has graphs and reports features which let you download and export detailed reports. This is a key feature that will provide trends and insights into your pain management and may be important in developing further management strategies with your healthcare providers.

This app is rather expensive when signing up to the premium version, whether it's via the monthly subscription or the annual subscription, however, most users will likely find the free version is very comprehensive and provides enough data inputting options, while showing good visual trends within the app.
