Breastfeeding topics
Giving your baby the right nutrition is essential for their lifelong health and wellbeing. For the first 6 months of life, your baby should only be fed breast milk. If you are not able to breastfeed, infant formula is a suitable alternative. When your baby reaches 6 months of age you can start feeding them solids as well. They can continue to breastfeed for up to 2 years or more.
