Comments: Ate is an easy to navigate, unique and engaging visual food record app which supports building self-awareness of eating behaviours and habits. It provides simple visual summaries of progress and provides ideas on experiments to try. I would recommend this app for a few weeks to someone wanting to build in more self-awareness into their eating behaviours.
