Comments: I found the free version of this app was pretty limited and frustrating to use due to the amount of content that is locked in the free version. It often took several pages to reach the point in a topic where you discovered that you could not access content. What was available was excellent quality and it may well be worth paying for the premium content. In particular I found the educational content easy to listen to and informative and very similar to the education I would give a client coming to see me for treatment for anxiety. There were only 3 exercises I could access in the free version but all were very good I thought. It is a shame that other important Cognitive Behavioural Therapy tools like progressive muscle relaxation, mindfulness and full instruction on challenging unhelpful thinking is not made available free of charge.
NZ relevance: Relevant to a New Zealand audience but the support section refers to CBT providers in UK.
Safety concerns
: None – emergency advice in audio guides applies to NZ services.
