Comments: This app is a great user-friendly treatment tool for back and neck problems. It is a simple guided exercise programme to improve spine health. Options for 30 second, 1 minute, 2 minute and 5 minute workouts, and users can set daily reminders. It is most helpful for people who sit for long periods, work at a desk, or anyone who may have mild or moderate neck or back problems. It is good if you are busy and can’t get to physio appointments.
