What does the app do?

SpineWise is an exercise app aimed mainly at people who spend long hours at a desk but it can be used by anyone to prevent back and neck pain. The app comprises simple exercises to help release muscle tension, improve posture and build strength.

You can choose from 4 different workouts: 30 seconds, 1 minute, 2 minutes and 5 minutes. Instructional videos help you understand the correct technique for each exercise and how to get the most benefit. You can also set reminder alerts to do the exercises at convenient times during your day.
