PROS | CONS |
---|---|
✔ Easy to use. ✔ Good clear graphics especially on the landing page. Gives you relevant information quickly-when your last period, next period, fertile window is. ✔ Tracks your period and other aspects of your health such as sleep, mental wellbeing; contraception and you can add other medications if needed. ✔ Customise notifications such as fertile window; ovulation etc. ✔ You can hide a cycle if it has been unusual such as using emergency contraception; illness or pregnancy. ✔ The medical information available in the articles is referenced and evidence based which increases trust. ✔ When relevant there are recommendations to seek medical advice. ✔ Age restrictions are set and parental permission is required if less than 13. ✔ Clue connect allows you to share information with others such as partner or family. |
✘ The health information is available on the paid version. No articles on the free version which is a little frustrating. You have to go elsewhere for information/explanations about your cycle health. ✘ Other modes such as pregnancy, concieve are not free. ✘ Upgrade is expensive. ✘ It offers a lot of things you can track-this can be time consuming. |
