Ove – Period App for Teens
Ove – Period App for Teens
- Ove is designed for teenagers, with the education resources aimed at that age group.
- It would also be useful for preteens, to learn what changes will be happening to their body, all the way to adults about to go through menopause.

How to get the app |
Ove is an app designed to help teenagers learn abut menstruation and puberty. It has a period tracker with descriptions of each stage of the menstrual cycle and there's a large variety of educational resources about menstrual cycles, periods, period products and puberty with interactive quizzes. Ove also has an AI chatbot to answer questions not already covered in the app.
Although Ove is designed for teenagers, with the education resources aimed at that age group, it would also be useful for preteens to learn what changes will be happening to their body, and also adults about to go through menopause.
