PROS CONS

✔ Easy to use.

✔ Fun cartoon pictures and animations that explain the exercises clearly and guide you as you do them.

✔ Has been tested in-depth and exercises are based on robust research evidence (Otago exercise programme).

✔ Extra games that help you to learn about other ways to reduce the risk of falling in your home.

✘  Reminder notifications do not always work and it can be unclear when the next set of exercises are due to be done.
