Clinical review
Reviewer: Simon Keepa, Physiotherapist

Version: 1.6.131
Comments: The app is useful for anyone experiencing muscle or joint pain to prevent re injury or maintain mobility/strength, or for anyone diagnosed by a health professional and want guided exercise based rehabilitation or pain relief programme they can do at home. It offers personalised rehabilitation, with tailored exercise programmes adapted to the user’s symptoms, helping target the specific area of injury or pain. It's convenient and offers flexibility, where exercises can be done at home, reducing the need for frequent clinic visits while maintaining consistency in recovery. The app offers progress tracking and motivation and monitors improvement over time, helping users stay motivated and aware of their recovery milestones.
Overall, a good app with plenty of features and education content for users to enjoy, but overall, the price of the app will potentially scare users off.
Safety concerns: Users will be completing their exercise programmes on their own, so there’s no clinician to correct your form or adjust your plan in real time. This may raise the risk of aggravating injuries or doing exercises incorrectly.
