Version: 4.2.0
Comments: Overall, this is a very simple, clear app that has a great number of exercise videos that are very applicable to many hand, finger, and thumb injuries.
Safety concerns: The only concern with this app is that you do have the ability to select your own exercises, so there's the potential to create your own programme without the guidance of a practitioner. Therefore, some care needs to be taken to ensure that if you're self-selecting exercises, these aren’t detrimental to your recovery.
New Zealand relevance: Yes.
