FODMAP Made Easy is a comprehensive and practical resource for anyone who is looking for support to navigate a low FODMAP diet. 

Developed by New Zealand dietitians, the resource guides users through evidenced-base approaches to FODMAP elimination, reintroduction, and maintenance with tips and tricks to adapt their diet long term. The information is presented step-by-step and the learning can happen at your own pace. A lot of the content is delivered by video which makes it relatable.

The website provides access to recipes, meal planning tools, a symptom trackers and an extensive range of downloadable information to help you build the confidence to follow a balanced low FODMAP diet safely and enjoyably.

Comments: FODMAP Made Easy is a comprehensive online platform with courses, classes, downloadable and recipes designed to give people the tools and knowledge they need to learn about their food triggers and follow a low FODMAP diet.
It provides s
tep-by-step guidance that users can complete at their own pace. It has modules covering 3 phases: FODMAP 101, reintroduction and adapted FODMAP eating. It also has access to FODMAP-accredited dietitians for trusted information. Developed and peer-reviewed by New Zealand Dietitians, this course is highly relevant for people living in New Zealand. It’s an excellent investment into taking control of your gut health.
Safety concerns: None – it is clear around not eliminating foods unnecessarily and checking in with health professional for a clear diagnosis first (i.e. Irritable Bowel Syndrome). There is whole section with safety checks to ensure that a restrictive medical diet is a appropriate.
New Zealand relevance: Yes.
