Comments: FODMAP Made Easy is a comprehensive online membership based platform with courses, classes, downloadable resources and recipes designed to give you the tools and knowledge you need to identify food triggers and follow a low FODMAP diet. It provides step-by-step guidance that you can complete at your own pace.

It has modules covering 3 key phases: FODMAP 101 (the basics and elimination), reintroduction (identifying your triggers), and adapted FODMAP eating (long-term dietary strategies). You'll also have access to FODMAP-accredited dietitians ensuring the information is trusted and evidence-based. Developed and peer-reviewed by New Zealand dietitians, the content is tailored for people living in New Zealand, making it especially practical and relevant. This is an excellent investment if you're looking to take control of your gut health with confidence.
Safety concerns: None. It's clear that foods should not be eliminated unnecessarily and highlights the importance of checking in with your health professional for an accurate diagnosis first (eg, irritable bowel syndrome). There's a whole section with safety checks to ensure that a restrictive medical diet is appropriate for the individual.
New Zealand relevance: Yes.
