Comments: The Coeliac Disease Management course is a comprehensive course which gives people the tools and information to eat a gluten-free diet.
It provides step-by-step information that you can complete at your own pace.
The course has been developed and peer-reviewed by New Zealand and Australian Registered Dietitians which makes it a highly relevant course for people living in New Zealand.
Note: the course is hosted on the FODMAP Made Easy program which means some content may feel less relevant (i.e. Low FODMAP recipes and ingredients).

Safety concerns: The label reading advice should be updated to be in line with Plain English Allergen Labelling (PEAL) which makes label reading much easier for consumers avoiding gluten. It came into effect in 2024 and will be rolled out in New Zealand by February 2026.
New Zealand relevance: Yes.
