- Thinking about change: This course is designed to help you reflect on your substance use and its impact on your life. It's for people who are concerned about their alcohol and drug use and are unsure if they need or want to make changes. The course helps you explore the different options available should you decide to make a change.
- Taking action: This course is designed to help you alter your alcohol or drug use by creating and maintaining meaningful change in your substance use. Through guided exercises and practical strategies, you can gain skills to manage emotions and triggers.
- Getting back on track: This course offers practical tools and insights to help you manage the challenges of a lapse or relapse, in your recovery journey. You're provided guidance to identify what you need to regain your footing and take positive steps toward lasting change.
Each of the courses incorporates lived experience stories to support you if you're experiencing substance harm. The courses use cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to provide you with the necessary knowledge, skills and strategies to overcome various challenges. The courses can be completed in a self-guided manner or through prescription by a clinician; your progress can be monitored through the clinician dashboard.
