Alcohol and Drug Support course (Just a Thought)
- Comprises three online courses for people who are concerned about their alcohol or drug use.

There are three alcohol and drug support courses, to help users through different stages of their journey.
- Thinking about change: This course is designed to help users reflect on their substance use and its impact on their life. If for people who are concerned about their alcohol and drug use and are unsure if they need or want to make changes. The course helps users explore the different options available should they decide to make a change.
- Taking action: This course is designed to help users alter their alcohol or drug use by creating and maintaining meaningful change in their substance use. Through guided exercises and practical strategies, users can gain skills to manage emotions and triggers.
- Getting back on track: This course offers practical tools and insights to help users manage the challenges of a lapse or relapse, in their recovery journey. Users are provided guidance to identify what they need to regain their footing and take positive steps toward lasting change.
Each of the above courses incorporates lived experience stories to support people experiencing substance harm. The courses use CBT to provide users with the necessary knowledge, skills and strategies to overcome various challenges. Courses can be completed in a self-guided manner or through prescription by a clinician; patient progress can be monitored through the clinician dashboard.
