Easy-to-understand health information, UK

Easyhealth.org.uk(external link) has over 500 easy-to-understand health information leaflets about common health conditions and concerns. There are also videos you can watch and each pamphlet has audio available.
Note: the information on easyhealth.org.uk is for people living in the United Kingdom and it isn't always relevant for New Zealand conditions.
