Men and Trauma New Zealand(external link)
Working nationwide, Men and Trauma New Zealand are specialists in trauma recovery for Kiwi men. Clients come for a range of issues they are struggling with.
Their clinical team addresses the unresolved trauma driving those issues and any problematic behaviours they may also be experiencing. Sessions can be facilitated in-person, online or by phone.

Through 3 key initiatives, Men's Health Trust New Zealand empowers men to take control of their health and wellbeing, fostering resilience, stronger connections, and positive change for healthier lives, families, and communities. Checkmates is a support service promoting health awareness, encouraging men to check in with doctors and each other. Soul Brothers is a comprehensive health and wellbeing service supporting men's mind, body and soul. Menzshed is an organisation supporting regions to establish a shed that brings men together in one community space to share their skills, have a laugh, and work on practical tasks individually (personal projects) or as a group (for the shed or community). An organisation to enable the wellbeing of male survivors of sexual violence and any other males with trauma, past or present. The Male Room offers a practical and listening ear. They've got a few things that can help you make sense of the situation and get you through the other side.

Man Alive | Tāne ora (Auckland)(external link)
Man Alive is a Tangata Tiriti organisation. They are a specialist living without violence agency working with men, families and whānau affected by family violence. Their goal is to actively promote positive manhood and strong relationships through a range of integrated services. Programmes include individual and couples counselling, youth counselling, boys alive, boys alive in schools, living without violence, men in relationships and men's change and support. 

Manline – Men helping men (Palmerston North)(external link)
Manline is a counselling and education service run by men, for men. Our mission is to help reduce all forms of violence and abuse, whether perpetrated by men, or against men.  We promote healthier lifestyles and relationships by providing services to men individually in a number of locations and on a wide range of topics.
