Comments: Logged in today to order a repeat prescription. I am a registered user of the site and have always been registered at the same doctor and medical practice, and have previously ordered prescriptions through this portal. The site is not intuitive, but I negotiated a straightforward repeat of my last prescription, including a note for my Doctor. The site would not submit the prescription, advising that I wasn't registered at the practice. Before retirement I used worked for software companies, and this site is clumsy, unintuitive and would be a nightmare for any patient not comfortable with online applications. It needs to be vastly improved to make it a useful tool for medical practices and their patients.
