What does the app do?

The app is divided into 6 main sections:

  • Toolbox (has information on medicines to help you quit, social support, and personalized supportive video massages can be added)
  • Stress Relief (has lots of information on stress and tips on how to control it)
  • Identity (here the user has the option to change their identity from smoker to non smoker, after quitting. Also includes videos of women who have successfully stopped smoking during pregnancy).
  • Health Effects (has information on the effects of smoking on your body and that of your baby).
  • Behaviour (includes different behavioural techniques that may be helpful to quitting — things you can do to distract yourself).
  • Face-to-face (has videos that offers personalized support).

All of the content is free, but access is limited to particular contents before you start stopping smoking or cutting down. After your nominated quit date, new content is released daily.
