Comments: This app is designed specifically for users to use to support recovery from eating disorders including logging of meals, emotions as well as compensatory behaviours. It is most useful for people who are wanting to restore to regular eating patterns while they are recovering/in recovery from an eating disorder (Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and EDNOS - eating disorder not otherwise specified). Users have the ability to record meals which is the foundation for eating disorder treatment. In addition the users can track/identify emotion associated with food. App allows users to record time, location, meal/snack, emotion, compensatory behaviours and be able to record additional thoughts.
Note: This app is not suitable to be used as a primary treatment for an eating disorder, rather to use adjunct eating disorder treatment with registered health professionals.
Safety concerns: None. The safety benefits of this app allow users to send through their data recorded in a PDF form to their treating clinicians. This is often the preferred means for collecting data (rather than the clinician being able to track eating in real time which could breach the users confidentiality).
New Zealand relevance: The app  is created with a North American user group focus. The find support function is not applicable to New Zealand users.
