Comments: This app is useful for people who already have an exercise programme, who are technology focused and want support to perform exercises correctly. The app is also useful for people who want help in way of reminders, planning, recording and counting through exercises. The app has helpful visual and audio cues but is very detailed in the parameters available and could take some time for the user to navigate and use with ease.
