Comments: I got notified but the definition is not clear; i.e. am i a close contact, casual contact or casual plus. Just says you may have been in contact with Covid19. Be way easier if it just pinged you with the your status.

Comments: Good use of app to inform people if they've been a positive case of COVID-19.

Comments: Works well. However, it only records the time you arrive at a place, and not the time when you leave. Both should be recorded in case it becomes a "location of interest". People often don't remember how long they spent at a place, and unless you scan in at a next shop, contact tracing becomes more complicated. People need to know whether they've left a shop before an infected person entered the shop. We had a scare at work this week that highlighted the importance of having both "in" and "out" times recorded.

Comments: I was diligently scanning - unlike those around me - until I lost my phone at the weekend. App would not load into my old smart phone, so could account why so many people don't use it! found signing in not easy for the day before a vodafone person loaded on Rippl to use til i find my phone or get a new one. This needs to be more widely publicised for all those with old phones especially if it becomes mandatory. I hadn't heard of it.

Comments: The app takes too long to open. Frustrating having to wait. Seeing people give up and not use it.

Comments: I registered and you count registrations but I can't use the app – my smart phone is 4 years old so too old. Thousands of people must be in my situation – being counted as a success but actually being excluded. If you exclude us, don't count us as successes. That's hypocritical. Surely you can include Android 6s. Yours is the only app I haven't been able to download.

Comments: 3 times now the app has required me to log back in and each time this happens all my diary contents have disappeared. This is on an iPhone. Makes it kinda useless.

Comments: I have a Samsung S5. An extremely capable and well featured phone that can easily get a GPS location and read barcodes and QC codes and is on Android 6.01 (Marshmallow). Why does this vitally important app reject some of the most popular devices. It should be able to support the bare minimum spec so all people can use it, not just those who can afford a phone every 2nd year.

Comments: At first I got very frustrated with getting this app to work. However, now that I have mastered it, this app is so essential in helping to keep ourselves and others safe. It is easy to use. I was not doing it properly. This is a must have for everyone. If I can figure it out, so can you.

Comments: I wanted to be able to swipe in and later write comments about who I had close contact with. But you can't. So you need to keep two separate records.

Comments: I have an iPhone 5 on iOS 10.3.4, the highest iOS version it will accept. The app isn’t compatible with this version of the iOS, so I can’t use it.

Comments: So easy to use. Comfort of knowing I can be contacted if there is an outbreak in a place I have visited.
