Comments: This app is useful for women with urinary incontinence and men with erectile dysfunction. The app does the basics well of a pelvic floor exercise app: it has a guided program and you can set reminders. The free version would be a good choice for those looking to try out these exercises. The paid version enables a full graduated exercise program with increasing difficulty, an exercise log and customisable levels.
Safety concerns: No information about when to see a doctor or pelvic floor physiotherapist.
