Comments: This is only a website, I don't think there is an app for it at this stage, but it is easy to use. You can book your appointments, pay and reorder prescriptions online, see all your lab results, see your medical history from years ago which automatically appears once you join. Overall, it's a good medical tool to help keep you up to date with your health.

Comments: Could not select year easily. Scrolling month by month from 2020 to 1957 was painful. Then the app would not accept email link password so I could set a password. Gave up in even trying to access the app.

Clinical review

Reviewer: Jeremy Steinberg, GP, FRNZCGP
Date of review: March 2018
Comments: Has very restrictive character limit for asking clinical questions/virtual consultations (320 characters - only slightly longer than the maximum tweet length of 280 character). Viewing long term conditions doesn't show the full information (only the coding not the attached extra information. Most of the time a doctor will put in the clinical code for your condition. e.g. they might put stroke. The doctor will then normally attach extra information about this manually such as "stroke in 2005, likely due to atrial fibrillation." Health 365 only shows you the code, which is not particularly useful. I have asked them to add this feature many times and I know many of my colleagues have as well). cannot view clinic letters. no integrated appointment reminders. not very responsive to feature requests. no two factor authentication.
