Comments: This app is most useful for people with ankylosing spondylitis wishing to increase their physical activity. Users may experience the benefit of a comprehensive set of exercises designed specifically for people with ankylosing spondylitis including mobility, strength, cardiovascular, stretching and breathing. Gives reviews of other exercise types/classes and information to share with gym personnel.
Safety concerns: None. The app gives adequate advice about seeking medical opinion before commencing an exercise programme and keeping safe while exercising.
